Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Prima ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in sales leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic mind-set. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve revenue targets, developing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to maintain a
    competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in sales and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
